The Whole-Hearted Connection Coaching packages are supporting women who are ready to take ownership, responsibility and accountability and embrace their courage whilst making change in their life. They are ready to be coached, held accountable, supported, inspired and celebrated as they break up with fear (and other draining habits) and take small and empowering steps towards creating changes in their personal or professional life over 90 days, so they can create a life they love.


What Will You Learn? 

The first part of the coaching package looks at the following 3 areas -

  • Introduction to Whole-Hearted Connection Coaching, 
  • Reconnecting to YOU, and
  • Moving Towards Whole-Hearted Connection.

Once you have a clear understanding about what Whole-Heartedness means for you, you can then start taking action. There is already a range of activities ready in the Learning Hub.

Specifically you will -

  • Develop awareness around what is really stopping you from creating a career and life you love!
  • Promise yourself to make a change (yes - you choose it!).
  • Identify where you are now in relation to the change you want to make.
  • Discover ways you unconsciously sabotage your career and life and then create strategies to fix those behaviours.
  • Create a vision for your change.
  • Learn how to create a simple plan to make the changes in your career and life.
  • Take action towards the changes you want to make (yes - say goodbye to procrastination).
  • Reflect on the changes you are making and check-in to see if they are taking you towards or away from your vision.
  • Be reminded to make small incremental improvements in your day, week and month!

How Do the Whole-Hearted Connection Coaching Packages Work?

To start with you have the choice of a 3-month or a 6-month package. Throughout the coaching, as your coach I will be supporting you to -


Throughout the coaching adventure,  you will learn what is holding you back in your career and life, develop effective habits and most importantly learning to know and trust yourself again so you can make daily tweaks and create a career and life you love!
